Your health and safety along with ensuring your pleasant stay is an absolute priority at Boutique Hotel Lidea. Now, more than ever, under the scope of the covid-19 development, our hotel is following the latest government officials and local health authorities’ guidelines, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness within our resorts without compromising on our warm hospitality.
NEW HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES
We are closely following the world health organisation and Hellenic government guidelines. We have applied all the security measures and protocols of the Hellenic competent authority referring to your stay and breakfast procedure.
CLEANLINESS
Repetitive cleanliness and disinfection of common use areas with emphasis at the reception, door handles, electric switches, TV remote, AC unit remote, and rooms’ keys is indispensable.
RECEPTION (CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT)
Checkout will take place at 11 a.m. whereas check-in at 3 p.m. in order to ensure a thorough cleanliness and disinfection fo the rooms. Steam cleaner (temperature ˃ 70ο C) will be used where appropriate along with sufficient ventilation before each new arrival of guests to ensure complete disinfection of the room.
Reception of guests has been previewed to take place outside the reception along with imposing the required security distances. The use of required protective equipment by the Hotel’s staff is mandatory.
Disinfectants will be available at all shared areas along with individual disinfectants in every room. Protective masks are available to guests if requested while guests may ask their temperature to be taken via an infrared thermometer available at the reception.
BREAKFAST
We continue to serve our well-known traditional breakfast. It will take place in open spaces. You will have to make a time reservation aiming at avoiding the interaction between guests and ensuring the social distancing. We keep high food safety prototypes according to the HACCP guidelines.
In addition to all measure, we have put in place, your understanding and cooperation is necessary to ensure the application of the hygiene and protection regulations
